At your first appointment, which lasts about 1 1/2 hours, you will be asked to talk about yourself, your condition and medical history. A specific homeopathic prescription is then determined to match your individual needs. A follow up appointment is usually needed in 4 to 6 weeks, this lasts up to 30mins. During this follow-up consultation your treatment is assessed and additional remedies are prescribed as needed. Further follow-ups may be required, depending on the condition being treated. Overall length of treatment depends on the severity of the condition. Acute illnesses can be helped almost immediately. Chronic conditions will take longer but improvement should be seen within the first few months.

The remedy is supplied in tablet, powder or liquid form and is to be disolved under the tongue in a clean mouth. In other words try not to eat, drink or smoke for about 20mins either side of taking the remedy.
